Royal Keys is a development comprising of a mix of 54 houses and apartments for Chase Green Developments. It is on the site of New Lodge, which is on the edge of Berkhamsted and was designated as a Conservation Area in 2014. Tempietto was involved in the Development Brief process when various options for the layout of the site were put forward for consultation. The maintenance of a wildlife corridor along the river and the retention of a number of significant trees on the site have influenced the layout. Tempietto has been responsible for the design of all the buildings for the site and was heavily involved in the planning negotiations that secured consent.
