This project was for a new family dwellinghouse on a garden plot. We maximised the space by including rooms within the loft space. An interesting feature is the wrap around conservatory, which provides a large open plan kitchen / dining / family room. There is no column where you would expect it to support the upper storey. Instead it is supported on a steel goal post arrangement.
