This project involved the conversion and repair of a grade II listed lodge to Ashridge House, designed by Wyatt. Tempietto negotiated planning and listed building consent approvals for conversion and extension of the lodge to a single dwelling. Tempietto also negotiated building regulations approval. Schedules of fixtures and finishes provided for use by the client. The sensitive approach and execution of the extensive stone repairs that were necessary to the Clunch facing to this building were rewarded with a commendation in the prestigious Stone Federation Great Britain Natural Stone Awards in 2002.
