We advise on whether to appoint an Approved Inspector or local authority Building Control to consider the Building Regulations application.  We recommend a Full Plans application is submitted, as opposed to a Building Notice, in connection with all but the simplest of works.

We normally commence the preparation of drawings for Building Regulations approval once planning permission and / or listed building consents have been granted.  Our drawings are fully dimensioned and include all General Arrangement drawings, including plans, elevations and sections.

We co-ordinate our work with the Structural Engineer and other consultants, where they have been appointed.  We will submit the application and deal with any queries that are raised by Building Control, where these are within our control.
