This project was for a replacement family dwellinghouse in Green Belt. We maximised the space by including a room within the loft space whilst satisfying the planners on the increase in size of the dwelling over that of the original building. The client brief included a requirement for real oak framing, which contributes to the traditional character of this new building. The house was constructed under a Design and Build Contract but Tempietto was involved throughout the process.
